A Word from Our Head

Welcome to Cambridge College Lima! Our campus is located in La Encantada de Villa, an exclusive neighbourhood in the Chorrillos district in Lima where we enjoy clean air, a quiet environment and extensive green pastures. The school's premium facilities support our strong focus on internationally-certified academic excellence, while also offering a wide range of opportunities to develop sporting and artistic talents.

We have a committed staff of educators; some have been trained in Peru, while others have received qualifications and experience in schools in all corners of the British Commonwealth; however, each teacher is equipped with a solid background in delivering up-to-date teaching methodologies with a high level of English-language proficiency to support our students in their educational journey, from the Early Learning School to attaining outstanding results at the IGCSE and IBDP level in High School (Senior School).

As a British-Peruvian school, Cambridge College offers a blended national and international curriculum from the early years. Our national curriculum subjects, taught in Spanish, celebrate Peruvian heritage and culture. These are enriched with the globally respected Cambridge International pathway, fully delivered in English, culminating in the official British International secondary school certificate (IGCSE). In the final two years, students can choose the gold-standard International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBDP)—a distinctive international pathway designed to ensure our students thrive and gain access to the world’s top universities—or continue with the national system. This is supported by a team of highly qualified educators and cutting-edge technologies, resulting in globally aware, well-rounded graduates who excel in their chosen fields.

British Schools of Peru

The British Schools of Peru (BSP) brings together seven schools founded by British individuals, companies, or authorities operating in Peru. The BSP's primary aim is to promote activities for students that are not traditionally offered in the sporting or cultural fields. The association also organises joint professional development opportunities for teachers and management teams of its member schools.

Latin American Heads Conference

On a regional level, the Latin American Heads Conference (LAHC) brings together over 40 schools from across Latin America to share and promote best teaching practices. Through various mechanisms, including an annual conference for Heads, Teachers, and Students, as well as the School Review system, member schools stay informed about changes and innovations in the educational sector. Additional opportunities are available for students of member schools in the areas of music and sports.

ADECOPA

The 'Asociación Deportiva de Colegios Amigos' (Association of Fellow Private Schools - ADECOPA) is a group of schools committed to upholding educational quality through professionalism and collaboration. ADECOPA consists of over 30 schools, 20,000 students, and 2,500 teachers across the country, all promoting educational excellence through fellowship and trust. Since its founding in 1987, ADECOPA has organised an annual calendar of sporting, artistic, and cultural events for the students and teachers of its member schools.
