The governance of Cambridge College Lima S.A.C. is through its board of directors, which has the following responsibilities:


  • Determine the general philosophy of the school in accordance with the Peruvian Constitution, the Law of Education, and its corresponding regulations.
  • Approve the Internal Regulations in coordination with the Headmaster of the school.
  • Hire the Headmaster and complete the necessary legal procedures for his/her recognition by the relevant authorities.
  • Appoint two representatives to serve on the Fee and Scholarship Committee of Cambridge College Lima.
  • Ensure that the education provided by the school is of the highest quality through the use of appropriate methods for information collection and control.
  • Promote the continuous professional development of staff and ensure their remuneration is fair and competitive.
  • Guarantee up-to-date equipment and facilities in the school and maintain a timely programme for the maintenance and renovation of buildings, furniture, equipment, and pedagogical materials.
  • Stay informed about the latest technological advancements in the field of education.
